Great location, not in the heart of the city where the channels and bridges, in purpose we wanted a little far from the tourism spots, but it was a great choice, fair price, easy to park the car and the hotel offered very comfortable facilities, nice and clean room. Very decent price and nice service from the reception guys, they recommended a very great option for dinner (Salpoente), which is highly recommended.! We were surprised by the fire in the region, and the hotel was very well equipped to stay inside with safety and great service.

Veneza Hotel is conveniently located just three minutes easy walk from both the coach and railway stations. Ideal if arriving from Porto, Coimbra or Lisbon. The hotel is situated in a fairly quiet street but with easy access to a variety of cafes, bars and shops. Hotel Veneza is very clean and our room was comfortable and quite spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were happy last time we stayed here and glad that we picked Hotel Veneza again.

The beds were cozy and there was a mini fridge (always appreciated), lots of hangers and good a/c. The shower was decent with shower gel/shampoo and soap. The staff was friendly and spoke English. They stored our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Our room was simply exquisite, I wish I have had a chance to sit at the balcony to drink some whine. Oh, I have to coment on the art. the watercolor landscapes all over the walls made walk the entire hotel just to admire them.
